About

With over two decades of experience in healthcare, I have a unique blend of clinical and leadership expertise. As a chiropractor specializing in sports medicine for more than a decade, I developed a deep understanding of patient care, injury management, and rehabilitation. Transitioning into healthcare leadership, I have worked extensively with physicians, developing clinical policies, streamlining operations, and ensuring the implementation of best practices to enhance patient outcomes.

My passion for education and research has recently led me back into academia as a Case-Based Learning (CBL) tutor at UNBC. This role has reignited my enthusiasm for knowledge-sharing and evidence-based practice, inspiring me to want to contribute further through writing and healthcare research. I have spent the majority of my career outside of the Canadian system and have experiences I believe would help me to translate complex medical and operational topics into accessible insights to improve healthcare delivery and innovation.

My interest in the HRI is to help with writing around healthcare topics and bridge the gap between research and real world application, therefore offering informed perspectives that support both practitioners and decision-makers. I look forward to collaborating with researchers, educators, and healthcare professionals to drive meaningful change in the field.
