Download CrealityScan and the Raptor Pro Manual
Part 3 / 8

Use the Current Raptor Pro Support Hub
Start from the official Raptor Pro download page for CrealityScan, firmware status, release notes, service links, and the Raptor Pro user manual. This avoids training from a stale scanner package or the wrong product family.
Before Class
- Install CrealityScan for the correct operating system.
- Download the Raptor Pro user manual and keep it available during setup.
- Check the download page for firmware notes before troubleshooting connection or calibration issues. The Raptor Pro page currently shows an empty firmware list, so use CrealityScan firmware upgrade prompts or Creality support when firmware work is required.
- Confirm you have the scanner, USB-C data cable, power path required by your kit, calibration board, markers, and any Scan Bridge accessories.
Current Support Items to Include
- Creality Scan software packages are listed by operating system on the download page. At import time, the page listed V4.2.0 packages for Windows and Apple-silicon macOS, plus an Intel macOS package under the older 3.x branch.
- The manual section lists the Raptor Pro 3D Scanner User Manual PDF.
- The service section links to online support, feedback through cs@creality.com, and the support ticket flow.
- The software manual also links to the Creality Cloud software and scanner firmware resource pages.
Computer Requirements to Check
- Recommended Windows system: Windows 10/11 64-bit, recent i7-class CPU, NVIDIA GPU with 8 GB VRAM, and 32 GB memory.
- Minimum Windows configuration listed by Creality is lower, but large laser jobs and color mapping benefit from the recommended spec.
- For macOS, use macOS 11.7.7 or newer on Apple silicon with at least 16 GB RAM.
