Raptor Pro Course Orientation
Part 1 / 8

What Makes Raptor Pro Different
Raptor Pro is a hybrid scanner built around three capture workflows: 7 blue parallel laser lines for high-detail partial scans, 22 cross blue laser lines for faster broad laser capture, and NIR structured light for larger subjects such as people and full-size objects.
Core Capabilities
- Blue laser accuracy is listed up to 0.02 mm with volumetric accuracy of 0.02 + 0.08 mm/m.
- Cross blue laser mode reaches a listed scanning speed of 660,000 measurements per second.
- NIR mode is listed up to 0.075 mm accuracy with a 630 mm x 550 mm capture range at 1000 mm.
- Raptor Pro supports wireless scanning workflows and an expandable Scan Bridge accessory.
- The course uses CrealityScan, marker planning, exposure control, point-cloud fusion, meshing, and color mapping.
Course Path
- Beginner: connect, calibrate, choose modes, and complete a first scan.
- Intermediate: handle laser modes, markers, reflective surfaces, thin parts, and Scan Bridge workflows.
- Advanced: scan people, process point clouds, align multi-scan data, and troubleshoot Raptor Pro jobs.
